Noah
Noah is now 1! I can’t believe how big he is and he does the cutest face expressions. I had so much of fun taking pictures of Noah and trying to keep up with him while he explored everything.

family
Thanks so much Leah and Matt for letting me take pictures of your beautiful family and for being troupers through the 90 degree weather that we had that day. The first picture is of Rease all excited about going out for ice cream when we’re done!

just girls
It was so much fun having just us girls outside taking pictures but a few times while walking through the tall grass we wished we had a boy along with us to help scare away any critters that lurked below. Thankfully we didn’t see any! We were both pleased with our choice of footwear while we were in the tall grass, no open toed shoes for us. I’ll have to remember this for the next time I shoot an outdoor session!
Thank you so much Michell for going anywhere I wanted to take you for two and a half hours, so much fun! Hope you enjoy the pictures…

leslie + chip
Here’s a sneak peak of a few pictures from Leslie and Chip’s engagement session. I love the way the pictures turned out especially the ones in the tall grass with the sun setting in the background. Thanks so much Leslie and Chip for letting me drag you to two different locations for pictures. You both were so much fun to work with, I can’t wait for your wedding in June! Hope you enjoy the pictures…

Arizona
About a week ago we spent 9 days in Arizona visiting family, our vacation to get away from the winter weather that we’ve been having in Sioux Falls. In Arizona they also call this time of year their “winter season” but I had a hard time thinking of winter with 70 degree weather, the smell of freshly cut grass and watching little girls go outside barefoot to play in the street!
Thanks so much Jodi and Paul for letting me take pictures of your beautiful girls! I had so much fun, hope you enjoy the pictures…
